Weasle1uk's Smart Roadster
abit of an ongoing project but here is what i have done so far
OEM head unit was pants so i fitted this Clarion HU
i also fitted a pair of 350watt 5" door speakers
as i was at it the sub i had lying around was to big to fit in the boot (pic below)
as i fitted the modified sub i also fitted
a pair of 2000watt 6x9's
unfortunately cylinder #3 decided it didnt want to stay in the block
the remains of the guilty piston #3
it even managed to take out the starter motor
the replacement engine
as we were fitting that we fitted a K&N Appolo induction kit
and a Forge DV
i realised that a rear engine car does not need PAS so i removed this control module to disable it
the sub got removed and 2 Pioneer TS-WX22A got fitted (behind the seats)
i then desided that i didnt like the cheap looking plastic that Smart used so i removed the dash
but as it stands the dash is still out and will get done when i can be bothered to sort it

Re: Weasle1uk's Smart Roadster
Yea and its a soft top so on the odd day it is warm it makes more sense to open the roof lol
wont of gained any power though as it only saps power when its on and its never on. unless your looking at the weight saving of 4.2kg for the pump, pulley and bracket.
And I have also ripped more of the wiring out.

Thinking about red leather sides with black down the centre, not sure what material the black will be. It is getting somewhere just not sure where though lol
